This card is about letting go and receiving guidance. By releasing your concerns and questions, you create a space where answers can come. Although it may not happen immediately, in time, it will become clear what you need to do. It is a gentle process that cannot be forced.
Trust in a higher intelligence. Allow for a deeper insight to rise up from the depths of your being and flower within your mind and heart.
Sit for a moment. Using the mudra posture, place your hands wherever the energy resonates the most — for example, in front of your heart chakra, high above your head towards the sky or moving through all your chakra centres.
Take deep cleansing breaths, release and allow for answers to come.
MUDRA*:
Open your hands in front of your heart chakra, and while breathing deeply into the belly, keep the base of your hands connected. Try raising your hands up towards the sky, then lower them back down through your chakras.
