Emma’s Gift Guide

This year's gift guide. Mindful and wholesome products from people and brands I use and love.
Holy Smoke Eco Incense
Holy Smoke Eco Incense

There’s something special about burning incense. I use it everyday. It never fails to remind me of the sacred.

Holy Smoke Eco Incense, created by a mother-daughter duo in south east Australia, partners with Indian artisans to handcraft incense using only natural ingredients – pure essential oils, herbs, and resins, with no synthetic fragrances or fillers. Each stick honouring centuries-old techniques while supporting fair trade practices. It’s incense that feels as good ethically as it smells.

Favourites include: Simplicity, Prayer, Love & Gratitude.

Tribe Earth
Tribe Earth

Tribe Earth is another brand of incense I love and use daily.

This is incense in its purest form – entirely plant-based, with no glues, binders, or synthetic additives.

Drawing on the innate wisdom of plants while honouring the traditions of First Nations stewards who have long protected and understood these plant teachers. It’s a bridge between ancient knowledge and conscious modern living.

Favourites include: Vedic, River & Peaceful Warrior

Nippon Sandalwood Incense
Nippon Sandalwood Incense

Living in an apartment has led me to start exploring Japanese incense – minimal smoke means I can burn it daily without setting off alarms or opening windows and doors. After trying several brands, Nippon Kodo’s Mainichi KOH Sandalwood is my clear favourite. The sandalwood is beautifully balanced – warm and grounding without being heavy, perfect for smaller spaces.

If you have any Japanese incense favourites, please let me know in the comments below.

Thrive Tallow
Thrive Tallow

I’m obsessed with this product, although it’s obviously not for vegetarians or vegan friends! It smells like you’re smearing lemon meringue pie on your face. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my skin since using this product.

Favourites include: Original Tallow Balm (still working my way through the range).

The lovely people at Thrive Tallow have offered my community a 20% discount.

Simply use the discount code: Emma20 at checkout.

Yoga Mudra Oracle
Yoga Mudra Oracle

Call me biased, but I feel this deck is a special gift for yoga-loving family and friends.

The 44-card deck pairs sacred hand Mudras from yogic tradition with intuitive guidance and beautiful imagery from nature.

Each card offers a simple hand posture that helps you embody and deepen the oracle’s message – turning insight into physical practice. It’s a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern spiritual exploration.

Intuitive Charms
Intuitive Charms

My dear friend Clarie started Intuitive Charms in 2024 at a market stall, and it’s grown into something truly special. She handcrafts crystal jewellery with genuine intention – each piece is designed to bring calm and magic.

I own two pieces and adore them. The handmade artistry is stunning. I wear them every day.

Not sure which crystal calls to you? Go to Clarie’s online ‘Find Your Crystal Match’ using Yoga Mudra Oracle to guide your choice.

For 10% off enter YOGAMUDRA at checkout (one time offer / minimum spend $30).

15% off at markets until the end of 2025 – no minimum spend – simply mention my name. See HERE for upcoming market details.

Soul Rising
Soul Rising

I’m honoured to be a contributing author to this collection of 33 true stories from women who’ve navigated spiritual transformation. My chapter, “The Dark Night of the Soul and The Blue Star Being,” reflects on a difficult teenage period that opened the door for me to an entirely new path.

Spiritual awakenings often arrive through breakdowns and crises, but what emerges is a more aligned existence. Featuring healers, mediums, energy workers, and spiritual entrepreneurs worldwide, each story offers wisdom and hope – reminding you that you’re never alone on this journey.

Hanako Therapies
Hanako Therapies

I’ve been exploring Hanako Therapies for years, and my husband Steve has made it a tradition to gift me something from their range every birthday and Christmas.

Everything is exquisite – I honestly have too many favourites to choose just one.

Australian-made and sustainable, Hanako derives their products from Earth’s raw materials to lift, inspire, support, and balance mind, body, and spirit. They’re committed to using only pure and natural ingredients.

The Egyptian Alchemy Oracle
The Egyptian Alchemy Oracle

Okay, shameless plug for hubby! – but Steve’s deck is truly breathtaking. Egyptian Alchemy Oracle channels the timeless wisdom of ancient Egyptian Hermeticism through 49 stunning illustrated cards and an extensive guidebook.

Exploring the seven great Hermetic principles, each card unlocks inner alchemy and reveals hidden dimensions of reality. The imagery is exquisite, and the guidance helps you live aligned with your highest purpose.

A masterwork of sacred art and spiritual wisdom.

Yogi Peace Club
Yogi Peace Club

I adore Yogi Peace Club’s mats and clothes. Truly the best yoga mat I’ve ever owned.

For over 11 years, they’ve been crafting yoga mats for practitioners worldwide, renowned for their non-slip surface and eco-conscious design.

What sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to sustainability. Every material is carefully selected to minimise environmental impact while delivering high-performance products that endure.

I have their Original Salty Peach 4 mm Yoga Mat and a cotton kimono in rose.

Elizabeth Gilbert - All the Way to the River
Elizabeth Gilbert – All the Way to the River

I adore Elizabeth Gilbert’s book Big Magic, and I was lucky enough to see her in person this year at a weekend creativity workshop. She’s such a unique and fascinating person with truly exceptional outlooks on life.

Naturally, her new book is on my Christmas wishlist – I think it’ll make perfect holiday reading. It’s been described as “a landmark memoir that will resonate with anyone who has ever been captive to love—or to any other passion, substance or craving—and who yearns, at long last, for liberation.”

If you’ve ever loved her work or are drawn to honest, soulful writing about the human experience, this is one to gift (or keep for yourself).

Avocado Zinc
Avocado Zinc Natural Tinted Sunscreen

I’ve been using Avocado Zinc for years now and absolutely love it. As someone who only uses natural sunscreens, this one ticks every box – it’s incredibly hydrating, goes on smoothly – without a white sheen, and actually protects without the harsh chemicals found in conventional formulas.

Made with nourishing ingredients like avocado oil and zinc oxide, it feels more like skincare than sunscreen. No weird smell, no sticky residue, just clean, effective sun protection that leaves your skin feeling soft. It’s become a daily essential.

I use the tinted version in ‘light’.

Daughters of India
Daughters of India

I have three dresses from Daughters of India and they’re beautifully versatile. This Australian small business creates slow fashion that empowers women in India, using hand block-printed cotton fabrics.

Each piece is ethically made and utterly unique. Sign up to their newsletter to stay updated on new collections and special offers. These pieces sell out quickly, and for good reason.

I have three dresses and hope to add more to my collection in time: Kyra Mini Dress ~ Lilac / Kyra Midi Dress in Fuchsia Bloom & Caramel.

Love and mudras,
